Just wanted to let you know that they are by an artist FROM the town of Dolores Hidalgo, located in the high plains of Central Mexico. This town specializes in the art of Talavera pottery and tiles, and is located about 1/2 hour from the town of San Miguel de Allende, recently designated a world heritage site. Amazing 16th century Spanish Colonial architecture abounds in the area, and if you ever have a chance to go visit, I highly recommend it. How beautiful that you are featuring these lovely murals.
